We refund the product price of your first box and cancel your subscription. Nothing to send back.
The terms
What's covered
- Your first order only, on any plan: monthly, Starting Kit, quarterly or single tin.
- Once per customer and household.
- Claim by email within 45 days of your first delivery.
- We refund the product price. Shipping is not refunded.
- No return needed. Keep what you received.
- Claiming cancels your subscription.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within [X] business days of approval.
Why we offer it
One tin is not enough to tell. Caffeine habits take time to change, which is why the Starting Kit comes with two tins and a 14-day plan. If you give it a fair go and it doesn't help, you shouldn't pay for it.
